Credit card information is stored securely and not used unless required for a fee.
A 50% fee is only charged if a guest no shows or cancels less than 24 hours in advance.
You will receive a text message confirmation once your appointment is officially booked.
If you have questions, you may feel free to reach out via text message or email.
We are a text/email only salon as it allows us to keep record of each conversation.
This helps us remember inspiration photos and details discussed about your service.
Please avoid calling as it takes longer for a response back from us.
